Tenants Property Rentals

• Find a suitable property by conducting a property search online
• View property from the street only (Please respect the current tenants by not entering onto any property)
• Contact us to make an appointment to view the property inside
• If you do not live in Nelson, have someone view the property on your behalf. If this is not possible contact us by email

To make a Tenancy Application

• All properties are rented on an Application basis – not “first in first served”
• Complete the tenancy application - (Click here to view and print the PDF of this document)
• Provide either copies of written references or contact names and phone numbers
• Provide a copy of an acceptable form of Identification
• Your application will be assessed by the property manager and then presented to the Landlord for a decision
• You will subsequently be advised if your application is successful or not
• Unfortunately not all applications are successful, but this does not mean your application will not be successful for an alternative property.

• An appointment will be made for you to complete & sign the tenancy agreement
• If you do not live in Nelson, this can be done by facsimile or email
• At this time payment will be required
