		Kaylene Tasker As Divisional Manager of Haven Realty Property Management and with over 17 years of Rental Property management experience in Nelson and well qualified for my current position. 'I am the holder of the REINZ Award for Service Excellence Property Manager of the Year 2007-2008' Haven Realty is an innovative company, always seeking to find new ways to improve their service standards and embraces technology advancements. I take great pleasure in working with both Tenants and Property Owners.
		Paul Meeson Property Manager I have well over 20 years experience in Property Management having worked for a leading Property Management company in London for many years. I joined the team at Haven Realty in December 2002. In my role as Property Manager I offer my clients a wealth of experience and enthusiasm, organisation and commitment to service, all delivered with a sense of humour - usually!
		Rebecca Cerecke Property Manager Rebecca has 10 years experience in the Real Estate Sales in Christchurch and returned to Nelson where she raised her family in 2009. Rebecca has the also owned her own rental properties so understands the needs of her clients well.
		Jo Boyes Office Manager Jo has extensive experience in accounts/office management and has been a valued member of the Haven team since 2003. Jo is able to liaise with all property owners and tenants on any property management matters and is also REAA licenced.
		Andrea Taylor Property Manager Andrea is the newest member of our team and her background includes retail, customer service and sales. Also a licenced professional whose aim is to make the management of clients properties a stress free experience.
		Merrin Alexander Receptionist/Administrator Merrin joined us in 2008 and comes from a Personal Assistant & Event Management background. Merrin is the first point of contact and her friendly manner welcomes all.
