I have been involved in the local Real Estate Industry since 1978 and on the local REINZ Committee since 1986. During my time of service to the industry I was Nelson/Marlborough President for two terms of office
I am deeply committed to quality service and focused on maintaining high standards through continuing education and professional development of our staff
I am convinced that our supportive team and stimulating office environment ensures that Haven Rentals is Nelson's leading property management company.
Kaylene Tasker
As Divisional Manager of Haven Rentals and with over 20 years of property management experience in Nelson, she is well qualified for the position.

Paul Meeson
Property Manager
Paul has well over 20 years experience in Property Management having worked for a leading Property Management company in London for many years. I joined the team at Haven Realty in December 2002.
In his role as a property manager, Paul offers his clients a wealth of experience and enthusiasm, organisation and commitment to service, all delivered with a sense of humour - usually!
Kate Motley
Property Manager
Kate has had over 15 years experience in management, retail and sales.
She enjoys interacting with people.
Kate has had rental properties and also been a tenant so understands the needs of her clients well.
Andrea Taylor
Property Manager
Andrea is a licenced professional whose aim is to make the management of clients properties a stress free experience.
Andrea really enjoys the challenges of working with both Tenants and Property Owners and believes the key to being a great property manager is professional integrity, good time management and listening to the needs of both the Landlord and the Tenants.
Vanessa Taylor
Business Development Manager
Vanessa has over 10 years experience in the local property industry and has lived in the Nelson/Tasman area all her life.
She brings with her experience in sales, customer service and will provide you with a professional & personal full management service with a real difference.
Jo Boyes
Office Manager
Jo has extensive experience in accounts/office management and has been a valued member of the Haven team since 2003.
She was awarded 'Queen of Palace' for achieving excellence as a Palace Property Management Software user at their annual conference in 2011.
Jo is able to liaise with all property owners and tenants on any property management matters and is also REAA licenced.
